Group Fitness- Level 1 and Level 2
Our flagship strength and conditioning workouts get a lot of work done in short order! Both include wights and cardio, with Level 1 being suitable for many different fitness levels and difficulty can always be scaled to participants' abilities. Level 2 is for those ready for a challenge!
Please wear supportive footwear with good traction and comfortable clothes you can sweat in.
A mix of traditional vinyasa (flow) style yoga and mat-based pilates. All levels welcome; you don't already have to be able to bend into a pretzel to practice yoga. No chanting or philosophy, just a fun physical, slow flow style practice in a typical room temperature space (not hot). Wearing layers can be helpful during the various phases of class, and we generally practice barefoot on a mat. If you have a mat bring it with you, though we do have a couple loaners.
It's a cardio dance party! Aerobic conditioning based on latin rhythms like salsa and merengue, as well as other world dance music. Easily scalable to all fitness levels, and no dance experience required but come ready to party!
Learn the beautiful art of bellydance! Appropriate for all levels, from absolute beginner to seasoned shimmy queen. We make use of everything from traditional Middle Eastern moves and music, to super fun fusion styles using well-loved, good old American rock 'n' roll. Participants are not required to show their midrifts, and all shapes and sizes are welcome
This class is all about building strength, creating our unique ideal shape and building confidence in and out of the weight room!
