This is SO GOOD. Rub a pork shoulder with salt, pepper, chili powder, oregano, and cumin mixed with a tiny bit of olive oil. Place in a Crock Pot, along with a quartered onion and orange (squeeze some orange juice over the pork before tossing the orange in). Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, high for 4 to 5 hours. Once starting to fall apart, pull the pork out and brown in a very small amount of butter or coconut oil until edges get crispy. Serve with rice, beans or tortillas, and any type of veggie you like. Our favorite is cast iron skillet sauteed bell pepper.
