It's so easy to be overwhelmed by the sheer volume of information available at our literal fingertips, but more often than not, doing SOMETHING is better than nothing, even if it's not done perfectly. As you learn better, do better, and reach out to trusted sources with questions. We only get one body, and taking care of it is essential to a good quality of life. It's never too late to make improvements in your health and physique, but it does get harder and harder the longer you put it off. You don't have to completely overhaul your entire life to start. Pick 2 things this week that you'll change (and can maintain long term) that will get you closer to your goals- packing lunches to work instead of eating out, lift weights twice per week, measure out your after dinner wine to exactly 5oz instead of eyeballing it and getting 8 or 10oz. Don't wait for the perfect time or circumstances; get started doing what you can now!
