Our flagship program includes everything you need in 90 days; detailed nutrition guidance, calculating daily calories and macronutrients, meal planning and putting those numbers into real food, supplement recommendations, and workouts, including warm ups and mobility, strength training, cardio, and stretching, with printable spreadsheets of all workouts, and links to our YouTube demonstrations of all exercises. Also includes 4 one-on-one consultations with Liz or Bobby.
This is a separate, stand-alone program from our 30 and 60 day programs, but is an excellent next step after completing any of our other programs.
Equipment needed: gym membership OR dumbbells, barbell and plates (or dumbbell options), resistance band, step or box, kettlebell (or dumbbell)
