Our beginner at-home fitness and nutrition plan. This 12-week program includes strength circuit training, cardio recommendations and simple nutrition guidelines. If you are brand new to exercise or have had a long lay-off, are intimidated by a gym environment, or are unfamiliar with any type of free weight exercise, this is the plan for you.
